Campaign performance is driven by measurable metrics such as opens, clickthroughs, sales, conversion or however you measure ROI at the end of the day. Marketers need the tools to gauge success and be empowered to make changes to improve.

The Dog’s powerful recipient-level reporting reveals every nuance of your campaigns’ performance in language and formats that are easy to read and work with. Whether you’re performing A/B testing of subject lines, send days of the week or times or new creative designs, we’ve got you covered.

Real-time reports reveal emails delivered, opened, and clicked, but more importantly who opened, who clicked, what links they clicked on, when they clicked, if your message was referred to a friend, who unsubscribed and how your campaign fared over the course of its lifetime. You’ll even be able to measure the sophistication of your target audience with their browsers and platforms they use to read your mail. Want to dig deeper? Compare subscriber engagement across several campaigns to identify who your most active readers are. Segment your list with folks who expressed an interest in various offers and services they clicked on. Retire content that’s not engaging your audience and add more of what they’re interested in.

Mail Dog is a fabulous program and is solves a lot of problems for us.  Not only does it allow us to produce a professional newsletter, but we know who's opened their e-mail (and when) and who needs a resend.  We also receive notifications when the e-mail address is invalid so we get them resolved quickly.–Bob B, Eaton Electrical
