Drip marketing is the process of sending messages to prospects and customers at regular intervals. The term drip marketing refers to the steady process of ‘dripping’ your messages to your prospects. Think of it in gardening terms…if you dump a bucket of water on a plant, the plant will drown and die. Yet, if you give the plant drops of water over time, the plant will get the water it needs yet it won’t be over-watered. That’s the premise with drip marketing. By sending regular messages at appropriate intervals you won’t ‘over-water’ your prospects and you’ll successfully nurture each one until they’re ready engage with what you’re selling.
Auto-Pilot Responder campaigns allow you to create unlimited multi-message series to your prospects and customers. These Auto-Pilot Responders are a series of messages automatically sent to a designated list based on a subscriber-triggered activity or an origin date that you specify for them.

Describing your series is an optional tool that enables you to insert a little more information about it. Your recipients never see either the Name or the Description. You will need to determine this information only ONCE for each series.
