Spammers: Beware of Dog!
Mail Dog provides permission-based email management and delivery services for clients who own their own lists of customers, members, employees or other people who have given the client permission to send email to them.
Mail Dog will not, under any circumstances, tolerate the use of its email delivery systems to send unsolicited email (SPAM). Mail Dog will only support permission-based email marketing campaigns. That means that every recipient in a client’s list must have given his or her permission to receive email from the client. Mail Dog has a zero-tolerance policy and will immediately terminate the account of any client using Mail Dog to send SPAM. This policy is designed to protect the integrity of the Mail Dog platform for all of its clients with legitimate permission-based lists.Mail Dog diligently attempts to qualify all prospective clients to ensure that their intended use of Mail Dog is legitimate.
- Mail Dog requires all clients to agree to the terms and conditions of its Service Agreement, Privacy Policy and Anti-Spam Policy..
- Mail Dog inserts an un-editable unsubscribe link in all messages to all recipients across all campaigns and all clients.
- Once a recipient has unsubscribed, Mail Dog will never send future email messages to that address from that client.
- Mail Dog does not rent or sell lists of any type or description, nor does it allow its clients to transmit email to third-party, rented, purchased or “harvested” email lists.

Here at Mail Dog, the only thing closer to our hearts than helping our clients grow their business through the use of permission email marketing and online video is our love of puppies! Anyone who has called in for custom support can hear our talkative pups yelping in the office. When we learn the puppies of the world might be in danger due to the careless practices of some less than permission based lists and sketchy marketing practices, we had to take action. We are proud to announce, we’ve joined forces with The eMail Guide and their Email Marketers Association for Puppy Protection. >>
